Chinese Ambassador NIU Qingbao Paying a Courtesy Call on Leader of the Opposition the Most Hon. Simpson Miller

On March 29th, Chinese Ambassador to Jamaica NIU Qingbao paid a courtesy call on Leader of the Opposition the Most Honorable Simpson Miller.

 
Ambassador NIU commended Miller for her contribution to the all-round development of China-Jamaica relationship over the years. Ambassador NIU encouraged her to further push forward China-Jamaica friendship even after her stepping down as Leader of the Opposition. Miller expressed her gratitude to Ambassador NIU and the Chinese side for their long term support to her and the Jamaican side. They exchanged views on topics of bilateral relations and party-to-party exchanges and cooperation. Both of them agreed to intensify bilateral cooperation and jointly push forward China-Jamaica partnership to a new high.
